INCIPIENT CONTEMPORARY & INDUSTRIAL ART

Art2Part® Gallery bridges the Dr. Martin Luther Industrial Expansion Area in the City of Saint Louis with the burgeoning Downtown West Art/Loft District on Washington Avenue and Delmar Boulevard.   Art2Part® Gallery is transforming the former Burgett Printing and Publishing Company building into the eclectic cultural experience of a cutting-edge experimental art gallery, outdoor sculpture garden, and community gathering (and dog walking) space. 

Art2Part® Studio combines design software, the metalworking capabilities of a machine shop, and the production facilities of the former plastic injection molding operation with an appropriate focus on contemporary industrial art. Art2Part® Gallery is located at 2035 Delmar Blvd. on the corner of 21st St. and Delmar Blvd.  The building is due north of Union Station and the St. Louis City Soccer Club, due west of the Edward Jones Dome and the City Museum, due south of NGA West, across the street from the Majestic Stove Lofts, and caddy-corner to the Edge Lofts.  Art2Part® Gallery is at the nexus of the developing Downtown West!

Art2Part® Creative Space offers three professional offices targeted to the entrepreneurs and startups who create new jobs.  The spaces are offered Net Net Net (NNN), which recoups the cost of building operations, property taxes, and utilities. The income underwrites the creative studio and the gallery, which bring creativity and vitality, while the outdoor sculpture garden transforms vacant land into inviting space, attracting new residents to nearby lofts.

The Business Model divides the main building into five 2,000 s.f. bays, offering three income spaces which support the creative and gallery spaces.
