Art2Part\u00ae Gallery is located at 2035 Delmar Blvd. on the corner of 21st St. and Delmar Blvd. &nbsp;The building is due north of Union Station and the St. Louis City Soccer Club, due west of the Edward Jones Dome and the City Museum, due south of NGA West, across the street from the Majestic Stove Lofts, and caddy-corner to the Edge Lofts.&nbsp; Art2Part\u00ae Gallery is at the nexus of the developing Downtown West!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art2Part\u00ae Creative Space<\/strong> offers three professional offices targeted to the entrepreneurs and startups who create new jobs.&nbsp; The spaces are offered Net Net Net (NNN), which recoups the cost of building operations, property taxes, and utilities.
